Deflorian and Tagliarini are back at the Odéon with a new poetic and humorous production. Dance is at the heart of this project inspired by Fellini’s Ginger & Fred, a film where the maestro reunited an old couple of music-hall tap-dancers on a television set. Three couples and three generations will be working together onstage: alongside Daria and Antonio with their « art stripped to the bone » and their « lives laid bare », two wild, thirty-something performers and two entertainers in their mid-forties will question together the fate of art and ask themselves the question Fred put to Ginger during a power cut: why not run away, why not just leave the show?
