This is the fourth play he will direct after I disappear, Days beneath and Nothing of me. Arne Lygre is resident at the National Theatre of Oslo, Days Beneath was played at the Berliner Festival. In Let you be about twenty characters converge through six sequences ever faster. In turn friends, acquaintances strangers or enemies, their position constantly changes or this relational chessboard. Yet all these relationships are destined to merely « exist for a while »… Are others a need, a threat, a prey ? His drama develops within great poetic fields in order to bring about all of its existential dimension.
