It weaves together stories and captures the experiences of humanitarian workers with the rich simplicity that characterises Portuguese author and director Tiago Rodrigues. On stage, a piece of cloth transforms into a tent, a hospital, a mountain… while four actors and a musician narrate the stories and evoke the violence they go through. The unbearable is felt but never shown. When words are not enough, the drums take over, as if we are approaching the unspeakable.
