Making full use of the intimist space put at his disposal Simon-Élie Galibert will be transforming the Petit Odéon. In doing so, the ceremonial hall becomes a boudoir and the theatrical event, an erotic experience. Over the course of his time there, and in the company of his team, he will be inviting the audience to experience literature which takes sex at face value. Theatre itself will be turned into a place of fantasies, voyeurism, and extasy. As he sets about tarnishing the gold-leafed gilding, and carved mouldings, he will be dirtying the Petit Odéon in more ways than one.
