THE ODÉON FOUNDATION
The Odéon Théâtre de l’Europe Foundation is dedicated to supporting the theatre’s activities, affirming its commitment to the performing arts and their reach. Created in December 2025, it is hosted by the Fondation de France. It provides a framework that enables the development of public-interest projects in support of artistic creation and transmission.
The Foundation supports initiatives of the Odéon that contribute to the vitality of the performing arts, whether by accompanying artists, fostering training, passing on knowledge, or encouraging experimentation. It is guided by a commitment to staying as close as possible to the major trends of contemporary creation, in particular through attention to digital practices and cooperation between cultural actors in France and internationally, in order to foster dialogue, exchange, and the sharing of practices.
The Foundation also works to preserve and promote the theatre’s heritage, while supporting its approach to sustainable development, with particular attention to environmental and societal challenges in the performing arts.
It strives to broaden access to culture for the widest possible audience by supporting education and transmission initiatives. With the support of its patrons, it affirms the belief that the performing arts play an essential role both in strengthening social bonds and in individual empowerment.
By making a donation to the Foundation, you therefore take part in the development and sustainability of the Odéon’s activities and have the opportunity to join a Circle of patrons closely connected to the artistic life and behind the scenes of the theatre.

THE GIORGIO STREHLER CIRCLE
For the past 12 years, the Giorgio Strehler Circle has brought together passionate theatre-goers who wish to engage with the Odéon Théâtre de l’Europe. Their support contributes to artistic creation, the presentation of international productions and bold companies, as well as to the theatre’s artistic and cultural education projects, and its commitments to environmental responsibility.
Joining the Giorgio Strehler Circle also means becoming part of a curious and committed community, driven by a deep love of live performance and the conviction that it should remain an open space to the world, accessible to the widest possible audience.
Throughout the season, patrons come together to share convivial moments around performances, particularly during dedicated events offering the opportunity to meet artists and performing arts professionals. Depending on their level of commitment, they also benefit from additional privileges: priority booking, invitations to rehearsals, participation in cultural trips… and many other opportunities to experience the Odéon in a different way.
